Has anyone else who purchased the "Celebrate Chanukah" CD through the ARMDI not 
yet received their copy?

I sent a check over a month ago and, even though the check has cleared, no CD.

Anyone else having this problem?  If I call ARMDI, will they even know what I 
am talking about?
