I learned this song from Reb David Wolfe Blank z"l at the Aquarian Minyan. 
The words to the song are found in the Aquarian Minyan siddur, Rabbi David 
Zaslow's Siddur for Spiritual to name a few  Jewish renewal siddurim.  There 
is a liturgical dance that goes along with the song that is fun to do.

I would also be interested in the sheet music and where a soundrecording 
exists.
