The key melody for Shavuot is 'Akdamut'. Look for a Shavuot version of Mi
Chamocha with this melody. Idelsohn's 'The Jewish Song Book' (the green one)
has some choral arrangements for various parts of the evening Festival
service including Shavuot-specific ones. Traditionally, no Kabbalat Shabbat
(skip from Mah Tovu to Barchu). Spiro's 'The Three Festivals: A Musical
Siddur' has good information on the traditional order of service for
festivals and festivals which fall on Shabbat, but includes only basic
melodies for a single voice a cappella. After V'shamru, add Vay'daber Moshe
(see Zamru Lo III, don't know of any choral arrangements of this). Most
things from Shabbat still apply. Yizkor is traditionally done on the 2nd day
of Shavuot (which begins that Friday night) -- you may want to suggest having
some special music before or after the Mourner's Kaddish.
