Fellow Musicmakers:

1.  Are there any books that focus on music midrash or folktales about
music or Hasidic stories about music or anything like that that I could
use for columns for my temple's bulletin or for an occasional sermon or
talk?

2.  I found a "biblical trop" version of V'shamru in Gates of Song.
Does that mean that V'shamru is in the Torah?  If not, how did it get
trop markings?

3.  What's the difference between nusach and modes and trop?
