Hi Linda,

    No, there are no orthopedic straps out there. You MUST get massages that 
target your neck and shoulder blades. You can also rub the side of your neck 
leading to the numb arm with two fingers. Strat from righ below the ear and 
work down to the nape of your neck. Three or four passes will usually do the 
trick. Rotate your arms and stretch them regularly. Have faith.

    Hope this helps, not only you, my friend, but anyone else out there who 
suffers from this guitar players' syndrom.
