We've been through this discussion before. I'd rather not see the list get
mired down in issues of perspective.

If you have something to contribute to this discussion that will advance it
further, other than a polemic, I'd love to see it posted. But there is no
reason to continue the rhetoric if it serves no useful purpose.

And WHILE I HAVE EVERYONE'S ATTENTION:

Frivolous list traffic has seen a marked increase of late. Please, people,
send the little one liners and kudos by private mail, and keep the list free
of an endless stream of "thanks" and "me too" messages.

A reminder that this list is set to default as "reply-to-list." So please be
sure to change the to: line if you don't want the list receiving your reply.

I'll follow this posting with yet another round of the list's ten
commandments.
