Adina, are you looking for choral or congregational music?

A nice one for choir is Rbt Solomon's "Eitz Chayim Hee" (c 1989), which was 
composed for a Torah dedication.

"Tree of Life" always works for congregational singing. Jeff Klepper's "The 
Torah" is simple and sincere and nice if children are present. -- Carol
