Hi Meris - i just replied to Rachelle to contact the local day schools, and
the JCC - all of the Freanch teachers in the early grades have original and
translated Chanukah material. I am now in Oakland California again. For
anyone's info, I have several songs for Tu Bishvat that might be of interest
- on Daisies and Ducklings for young children, *TREES, *CARE FOR THE WORLD
with a Hebrew verse, *ROOTS/SHORASHIM that can be used for all ages, and
*Natati Etz - these 2 are on ISRAEL WORLD BEAT-ERETZ , there is also Shir
Lashkeydia in my holiday songbook for Kids (TARA) and in the Tal Sela Hebrew
Language Arts Curriculum series of cassettes. Several of these songs are
included in Arthur Waskows new Tu Bishvat Anthology.
I only respond to specific topics otherwise i just watch the discussions flow.
