[HANASHIR:4290] Birkat Erusin

Anyone know of a publication which has Birkat Erusin, the blessing on the wine 
done at weddings?  For some reason my "Hazzan's Manual" does not have this one 
and it is the only one I am missing to prepare for weddings.
