Carol,

I would also add "Adonai S'fatai" off of Craig Taubman's "Friday Night Live" 
and Debbie's "Mi Shebeirach" or "Bruchot Ha'baot."  Both the Debbie tunes 
have great, easily learnable harmonies, and, in my humble, sound terrific 
when done by kids.

Good luck, and let us all know what works -- I've got my first Junior Choir 
meeting in three weeks.
