Hi - I know Rachel - it is Rabbi Shefa Gold's I believe and if you write to 
ElatChayyimaol.com you can probably get the words. It is one of the Blessings 
most often used after the meals there. Rachel was an intern this summer in 
the class that Linda and I taught there (Songwriting - Tapping Your Inner and
