Dear Susan,

    I wish you 'Refuah Shleima', all the strength in the world and the notion 
that no curse comes into this world without a blessing, as hard as that is to 
accept or see sometimes. I hope the blessing becomes apparent as soon as can 
be. I hope sweetness will flow from this bitter situation.

    I will say a Mi Shberach for you this weekend at my congregation.

    May hosts of angels watch over you and the Shcheena be with you always.
