Hi Dan,
The only software I know about is Davka -- I bought it a few weeks ago and
so far am very impressed. It looks a lot like MS Word, and has similar
functionality. I haven't tried it's translation capabilities, so I can't
comment on that yet.
However, you can email support (at) davka(dot)com with questions, at least about
their software.
