[HANASHIR:3595] Ethnomusicology class at Kallah

I just returned from AlepH Kallah. While there I attended a most wonderful 
class in learning the songs from many of our rich Jewish traditions. The 
class was taught by Cantor Richard Kaplan and Michael Ziegler.  They also 
lead a monthly minyan entitled "Shir HaShirim" in Berkeley.  This class 
really opened up a whole new world of music for me. Quite profound.

They have just released a new CD entitled "Tuning of the Soul" which has many 
of the songs we learned to sing. We performed 5 songs to the Kallah. Details 
to follow after I get some rest.
