[HANASHIR:3479] DavkaWriter 2000?

Hi all,

I'm contemplating buying DavkaWriter 2000 from Davka Judaic Software to
easily create documents or parts of documents in Hebrew.

Before I order it, I'd like to hear from anyone who's used it:

*       is it reliable?
*       is Davka's technical support good?
*       is it as easy as Davka says it is?
*       does it do all the things Davka says it does?
*       can it easily be imported into Microsoft Word documents?
*       is it impressive, and would you recommend it?
