If you want chairs to be able to be placed on risers, you should look into
Wenger Band Risers which are wide enough and heavy enough to support that
kind of weight.   don't go for anything cheap.   You need quality here.
Are you sure you want to do this?   If people stood insead of sat, you could
have them fold and be wheeled away.   Let me know if you need a # for
Wenger.   They're #1.
