News for the interested:

1) Saw Debbie (Friedman) play last weekend here in Los 
Angeles...managed to sneak backstage after the show and the first 
thing Debbie said when she saw me was "Did you bring me your poetry?" 
That was nice.

2) Also nice was this past Saturday night when Hava Nashir-ite Craig 
Parks travelled into town for the weekend with his girlfriend, and we 
all (including Janeen Kobrinsky's daughter Sarah) did Havdallah on my 
balcony.
