Seth, and anybody else who was wondering, that song is by Herschel
Bleefeld (I hope that's how he spells his name!)  It's a great song
about "the land in our hearts/artzeinu b'libeinu."  Herschel went to camp
with me several years ago, at UAHC Goldman Union Camp Institute.  I don't
have it on a recording or typed out, but you might try contacting the camp
to see if they have it or know where you can get it.  I believe it also
won a NFTY song competition sometime in the early '90s, so you might check
the offices in New York to see if it's part of a NFTY collection...
