Janeen, Madison has a small but vibrant Jewish community.  Temple Beth El, on 
the shores of Lake Wingra, is a wonderful small and active Reform synagogue.  
Rabbi Jan Brahms is a great leader.  They have a good female cantor, but it 
would not hurt to have a strong HavaNashirite in town.  After all, Madison is 
just 40 minutes from Oconomowoc!

The conservative synagogue could really use some additional ruach...to 
prevent people from falling asleep during services.

On the other end, Chabad is almost moribund, barely able to draw a minyan 
from a college town with 5,000+ Jewish students, mostly from out of town.  
Maybe they could use your help too!
