It is astonishing to me that the HN Listserve keeps going even while the 
program is in progress...everyone here will indeed receive an evaluation 
form...we do read them with considerable regard, but cannot accede to every 
request.  Your suggestions are helpful when they come in in a timely 
fashion...when they come in during the months of April and May, it is almost 
impossible to respond effectively.
