[HANASHIR:3000] high holiday music

I'm glad to know that there will be others at H.N. who want to talk
about High Holiday music.  I have been in touch with my HH music
questions with Cantor Ellen Dreskin - one of the H.N. faculty this
summer.  Maybe we can ask her to gather us all together for half an hour
sometime during the workshop.  She's on this list.  Maybe she'll
respond?

I'm also worried about singing all day for Yom Kippur.  I have a
horrible tendency to get a bronchitis thing at the high holidays due to
all the stress.  Participating as a choir member in the past (and this
coming year as cantorial soloist) I had to suck on cough drops through
the day to avoid horrible coughing fits.  I suppose those are not o.k.
either?  I kind of thought of them as medicine.  Am I pushing it?
