Debbie Friedman has a song called "The Rainbow Blessing" that (I think) 
uses the bracha over rainbows as part of the lyrics.  

The text of the bracha is, "Baruch Atah...Melech ha-olam, zocher
ha-brit, ve-ne-eman bi'vrito, v'kayam b'ma-amaro" 

translation: 
"Blessed are You...Ruler of the universe, who remembers the
covenant, who is trusted in Your covenant, and who keeps Your word." 
(note: this is a little bit of a grammatically sketchy translation that I
used in order to avoid gendered language, the pronouns should be third
person not second person. More accurately, but inevitably gendered, would
be "who remembers the convenant, who is trusted in His covenant, and who
keeps His word.") 

The use of this bracha for rainbows is a reference to the Noah story, the
rainbow being the sign of the covenant referred to in the bracha.  I think
the song is on "Live at the Del".
