[HANASHIR:2768] I still cant get an aplication

everyone is very excited about going to hava nashira and i am too but i cant 
go if i dont get an aplication....someone suggested before about emailing 
someone and i did but she didnt get back to me so now i still dont have info 
about going and therefore cant make a flight or get on the van!!!!  please 
help
