[HANASHIR:2735] cantorial soloist contract

Does anyone have examples of cantorial soloist contracts (or cantorial
contracts) that they'd be willing to post and/or send to me?  I'm most
interested in ones that include all musical duties within the synagogue
(teaching music in school, singing for all services/holidays, tutoring b'nai
mitzvah, etc...).
