<Most Israeli publications have actual hebrew words printed under the notes,
so yes, you get the word that's "readable," but in effect the hebrew
sentence will be backwards.    I find that kids like having the hebrew words
moreso than transliteration so it's a compromise.

You can also get music with hebrew text and/or translation written on the
bottom.  Worse comes to worse, white-out the transliteration.    We music
people know lots of tricks.   It's all do-able!
