[HANASHIR:2537] Capos and Dancing

I would like to recommend a capo that I have discovered quite recently. Its
called 'Bird of Paradise' because it looks like one. Its very good because
it pressures down instead of across so helps keeps the strings in tune.
Also it is quick and easy to use. It is expensive, $20.00 in Manhattan, but
you might become quite attached.

In regards to dancing, the class that I go to always emphasises how people
are not interested in what you look like when you dance, you should just
dance to express yourself. You shouldn't worry about whether people are
looking at you, only about whether you are in anybody's way. People
generally enjoy watching people dance who are enjoying themselves, whether
or not their movements are sophisticated. If anyone is interested there is
an improvisational dance class called 'Five Rhythms', started by a woman
called Gabrielle Roth. One of their slogans is 'Sweat your Prayers'. Its
fabulous. Just look up 'Gabrielle Roth' on the web and you will find their
page and see whether there is a local class to you.
