I also use the looseleaf binder system, divided by
theme/holiday.  But I put each page in a plastic sheet
protector rather than punching holes.  When I songlead at 
a service, I also have the prayerbook pages photocopied
and in plastic and so I can intersperse the songs from
my song binders where they need to go and have the
flexibility to put a 2-page song on pages facing eachother
while using just the one combined service/music binder.

I'd also like to hear how others do it.
