[HANASHIR:2339] Re: Hava Nashira

I would like to offer to help out in making the HN 1998 tape. As a student
in the Harvard Music Dept., I have access to all the equipment necessary to
make the masters (it's essentially of the caliber of a semi-professional
editing studio). As this project could easily contribute to my
dissertation research, I have no trouble justifying use of the equipment.

After consulting with Adrian on this, though, I realize I can only do this
on one condition: as I was not present at Hava Nashira last year, I will
need one of the HN 1998 attendees (who lives in the Boston/Cambridge area)
to work with me as the ears for the project. (I agree with Adrian that it
would not be appropriate for me to decide which pieces/takes/events to
include without knowing how, and where they took place, and why they are
important.)

Any takers?

Be well.
Judah.
