[HANASHIR:2304] Adon Olam

I am looking for the sheet  music for the Adon Olam in which the words Adon
Olam are echoed back  It goes:
Adon Olam (Adon Olam) Asher malach (asher malach) and so on.  Does anyone
know if there is an author or whether this is a folk melody?
