Dear Leigh and Mitch,

Your comments and suggestions which come from years of successful choir
leading are so welcome and are sure to be helpful.  I know, instinctively,
that my attitude toward these rehearsals is going to help shape the group
experience.  I feel this responsibility very much and appreciate the wise
words.
