[HANASHIR:2231] Re: adult volunteer choir

Rachelle,

I am not that experienced with choirs, but was thrust into a volunteer choir
environment recently and am working very hard to keep it interesting,
challenging
and fun for all.

We always have something to eat at every rehearsal. Members take turns bringing
desserts usually and the Temple provides coffee. We even have a member who
makes
his own wine and he brings samples to taste sometime. At Chanukah we did a
community performance and went to a member's house afterwards where we had a pot
luck latke dinner. The choir also sings once a month at services and they
really
look forward to this.
Our rehearsals are always fun and we do accomplish alot.
