[HANASHIR:2186] Correspondence Courses

I have just joined this list, and as an amateur Chazan (it's an acceptable
term where I live in London), would love to learn more of the music
discussed. Does anyone know of music courses by post, -  tapes, sheet music
or whatever?

I am not bothered too much over the content, as long as it is music that
can be sung in Synagogue. Personally, my interest has been in traditional
Chazanut, but as I am an ignorant Englishman, I have not even heard of many
of the composers referred to.

Any help would be appreciated.
