(1) Anyone know how I can contact Andy Vogel (composer of "Mitzvah Goreret
Mitzvah") (email or regular mailing address)?

(2) I've managed to lose track of who composed the following version of Kol
Yisrael.  Anyone know, and have an address for the composer?
