Marshall is a composer and the cantor at Main Line Reform Temple Beth Elohim
in Pennsylvania.  I "met" him on the list when he very kindly responded to
one of my queries some months ago. Ii believe that Tara publishes his books.   

Are you still on the list, Marshall?  Perhaps you would like to respond.
