Two points:
1. There may be a few needless messages, but that's not my complaint.
2. My complaint is that too many messages are being posted that
hit the "reply" key (i.e. put the ENTIRE previous message in their posting).
How many times do we have to see the same Hanukah parody?!
Like I did above, if you want to respond to a particular comment
or issue, just put a few lines at the top so we know what you're
talking about, and then put your posting. No need to post someone else's
old message a second or third time.
Not a big deal, but it will make the digest easier to read.

P.S. I finally received my "Sing Out for Justice" album, which
was recorded at the 1997 UAHC Biennial in Dallas. The concert --
including Beged Kefet, T. Bikel, Doug Cotler, Dan Freelander,
Debbie Friedman, Linda Hirschhorn, Jeff Klepper, Doug Mishkin, and
Bethany and Peter Yarrow -- was most enjoyable.
