[HANASHIR:1714] words to songs in general..

Just a note regarding another great source for songs lyrics. "Rise Up
Singing" is a book of words, chords and sources of 1200 songs, mostly folk
songs of different origins. While there is not written music except in the
rounds section, there are references after each song which tell where the
song can be found, either in another publication or on a recording. It
contains some Jewish songs -- mostly Hebrew, some Yiddish -- but its best
use if for the multitude of songs on various topics, useful in all kinds of
settings. It's arranged by topic category, with a triple index: title,
subject, and artist. The book is published by Sing Out Corporation, P.O.
Box 5253, Bethlehem, PA 18015. (215) 865-5366. It can also be found in a
lot of different music education catalogs and stores that have a good
section on folk music.

Sing Out! Magazine is also great. They have interesting articles,
"teach-ins", announcements of conferences, camps, workshops, concerts and
festivals. Good place to advertise new recordings at reasonable ad rates.
It's a quarterly, and they also publish a number of songs in each issue,
including background and lead sheet.
