Rachelle, I also agree with the above; Ein K'Eloheynu is essentially the
same each verse except for the first word on each line...

It is certainly easier to teach... whatever the melody... Moreover, for
Shabbat morning it IS the traditional closing song (prior to Adon Olam).

You might also consider a Carlebach niggun (there are so many and of course
they can be wordless). Like a good chant, they are easy to remember and
reproduce...
