Dear Ones,
Shalom and Hello--
I am back on line, and back in touch
sending blessings and embraces from the city of
brotherly love--Philadelphia.
My road trip, affectionately called: "Rabbis Accross America" was a great
success.
Lots of adventure, too many french fries, new and renewed friendships,
wonderful and profound conversations, hiking, dancing, and music, music,
music...
I arrived in PA on 8/18, found my apt. within a week, signed my lease on the
1st of Sept and got my belongings (off an 18 wheeler with a 5 foot tall 80 lb.
ball of fire female truck driver) on the 10th.
Classes at the Rabbinical College have started and already the season of
renewal is upon us and I look forward to returning to California to observe
the holidays with many of you at Kehilla. I will be there from Sept 18th
through the first of October (and won't receive email messages again till I
return).
It is great to be back in touch and I hope we will remain in contact via email
(except, of course, for local friends whose comanionship and contact I
treasure--especially on Shabbat). There will undoubtedly be times when when
my studies bury me under my books--please think of me then, and know that if I
disappear, it is only temporary, you will definitely be in my thoughts until I
can come up for air.
Meanwhile please let me know how you are doing--email, call or send a letter.
Snail mail is always welcome at:

Blessings for a reflective and healing holiday season--and an abundance of
blessings in the harvest of autumn.
Shana Tova! Rosalind
