Does anyone know...

Does anyone know music for the following:

 Eloheinu b'shamayim.  Sh'ma kolenu v'kabel t'filatenu b'ratzon:
Eloheinu b'shamayim.  B'ritcha z'chor v'ayl tishkacheinu:   etc. etc. 

 It is on page 160 of the British Reform Days of Awe Machzor.  I would
really appreciate any leads, because I've asked everyone I know here,
and no one, including the rabbi, knows the melody to what is obviously
(by the typesetting)  meant to be sung.
