Mitzvah Goreret Mitzvah

Chaverim -

I need someone to remind me who composed the wonderful "Mitzvah Goreret
Mitzvah".  My rabbi brought it back from some camp experience or other a
few years ago, and I've lost track of this crucial detail.  It's one of the
perennial favorites at our religious school here in Madison, CT, and I'm
determined not to start another teaching season without being able to
accurately give credit.
