Religious School music teacher

Does anyone know a college or graduate student who will be attending
Penn State University or anyone else living in the Central PA area who
might like to be our Religious School music teacher here in State College? 
We are reconstructionist affiliated, and our school/liturgy is a cross
between conservative and reform.  We  have about 250 families.  Our
school has about 80 students.  We have a limited budget, so we need
someone who truly sees Jewish music education as a mitzvah!
