That's the North American Jewish Choral Festival, and it's usually in July.
Since the Concord closed down a year or two ago (I believe), the conference
has been held at (don't quote me here), the Nevele. This conference
represents primarily Choral music derived from the high German styles
(i.e., the Zamir Chorale), with some a cappella occasionally thrown in
(i.e., the Western Wind or a Jewish college group). There are likely some
kumsitzim, though they're not the focus of the conference. Probably the
best place to contact for more information is the Zamir Organization in NYC
(headed by M. Lazar), though I have no clue as to what the number is.
Good luck to all recovering from hoarseness! If things work out, I'll be
with you all at next year's Hava Nashira!
Judah.
