Multiple replies in one e-mail...

Hi everybody! I finally got back on the internet (our server just went
back up today) and I found several people to reply to on today's digest,
so here goes...

Karen Daniel: You wrote about GUCI -- I was a camper there from 1989-1991
and Avodah in 1992. I never worked there, but I probably learned half of
the Jewish songs I know from that camp. If it is still how it was when I
was there, it is a big singing camp. It is probably where my interest in
guitar playing and songleading originated. If you have any questions
about the camp or the songs, I could try to answer them, though I haven't
been there in 6 years. They have a wonderful songbook that probably has
over 300 pages by now and it includes chords. Much of it looks a lot like
the NFTY chordster, but there are other additions as well, and you ought
to try to get your hands on one if you can!

Patti Leonard and other folks interested in a midwinter "southern-style"
HN gathering: I am at Greene Family Camp right now as a songleader and
having a great time. Yes, Loui Dobin, the director was an original member
of Kol B'Seder, and he is a great musician and songleader. This would be
a fun place to have a winter HN. If anyone has any questions about Greene
Family Camp, or if you want me to relay any messages, please feel free to
e-mail me here at my camp e-mail address: staff (at) greene(dot)org (put my
name in
the subject line). By the way, I taught Debbie's V'nomar L'fanav
yesterday and everybody loves it!!! (p.s. - Patti - I saw your
daughter...looks like she's having a great time)

Jess Gold: I am so honored that your band's first stop is here!!! I
can't wait to see you!

Rich Glauber: I met someone you know from CAJE the other day -- her name
is Lorraine and she is a dance instructor from New York. She had to leave
yesterday, but I just wanted to let you know that we met and your name was
brought up. She thinks that what you are doing is great!

Well, it's almost time for lunch...better get going. Hope you all are
having great summers! If anyone wants to send me mail or e-mail here at
camp, my information is below...

Love to everybody,
Angela :)
