Re: CAJE

As a 9-time CAJE participant, I have had the privilege and joy of singing in
the CAJE Chorale 5 times, including the first two in Seattle and Columbus. It
is always uplifting to sing with so many other people who share my interest in
Jewish music. I have been able to take most of our chorale material and use
it with our musical ensemble at my congregation. I am sending in my
registration for CAJE today - a little late, but I feel that it's important to
get energized from that experience.
Also, after being one of the many people who worked on the UAHC Music
curriculum, I was glad to share some of that material in CAJE workshops.
Still, I have been reading the messages about the Hava Nashira experience
with a certain degree of envy. We have been attending simchahs of one sort or
another over the last three years during that week. Next year, I hope to make
it.
Keep the faith and the music, folks!
