Hava Nashira 1998 Mini-Update

Naturally, I've been so busy here at Hava Nashira I've neglected to take the
time to post to the list on the happenings at this year's Hava Nashira. I
promise a full report in a day or two.

It was, as always, an incredible time. Highlights included:

1. Unseasonably cold weather.
2. Daily lessons in Trope culminating in the entire group leyning a brief
passage on Shabbat.
3. A concert of Israeli music by Donny Maseng and Shimon Cohen
4. Really great new songs from Debbie and Donny.
5. HN alumnus Rosalie Will served on the faculty this year.


Lots of fun late night open mic performances and more.

I'm sure many of those who were here will add their own comments in due
time.
