Dear Brian:

Due to an unavoidable work situation, I'm unfortunately not going to be
able to make it to Hava Nashira.  I sent a letter to the OSRUI office to
let them know, and wanted to let you know since you are arranging the
transportation.   I hope you guys have a great workshop, and hopefully
I'll be able to go next year.
