I haven't received mine either -- but I did call the H.N. office in Chicago,
and they said that because it's mailed bulk rate, the ZIP codes around Chicago
get them sooner than more distant locations like Fargo or Kansas City. So, sit
tight -- "the check (or in this case, the brochure) is in the mail."
