Brochure Confusion

Folks:

The Hava Nashira web site is NOT an officially sanctioned OSRUI web site,
although they are aware of its existence. I put the brochure up as a
courtesy, and I run the site as a courtesy, and because of the importance of
Hava Nashira program to me personally. I deliberately did NOT include the
application form, and OSRUI does not have any plans to my knowledge to
enable any form of online registration form. On the main Hava Nashira page
you will find any necessary contact information for OSRUI. Please direct
your queries to them regarding applications, etc.

I am sorry for any confusion my posted simple scanned images of the brochure
on the website caused. As I knew the scans were unreadable, I deliberately
retyped in all the text that is on the brochure itself. The only thing
missing is the actual application form, which did not scan well.
