Brian:
Thanks for your offer. Since I am OSRUI staff, I'm spending the whole summer
at camp, arriving a few days before Hava Nashira, and driving. So I won't
need transport from the airport.
It is sweet of you to offer to help in this way, but my point was, rather
than imposing on you, or forcing participants to carpool, that people should
write to Jerry and express their disappointment in this policy change, which
I personally think is unfair. I am sure people would gladly pay an extra 10
bucks to be picked up in an OSRUI van, if money is the issue. I also think
it is stupid and foolish for OSRUI to not offer at the very least to compile
a list of arrival times and coordinate with Oconomowoc Imo. You should NOT
have to be doing that. OSRUI needs to give customer service just like any
other business!

Adrian, I live in Milwaukee. I would be delighted to help you or anyone
arrange transportation. I am picking up my friend at the airport at 4 PM
that
Wednesday. I can take one more person at that time, in my own car.
Also, I know the local van and limo services. I don't see why we can't
organize a few vans, which usually seat 8 people or more, to go to OSRUI.
My suggestion: Whoever needs a ride from the airport to OSRUI, please EM me
with your name, airline, flight number and arrival time, and I will put
together the transportation arrangements. Once we have 10 or more people, I
can EM you the fares.
Let me know.
My weekday phone number is 1-800-797-4272,
Thanks,
Brian Serle
