It would be a great idea for anyone wishing to distribute and/or copy 
lyrics, music, or anything else for that matter to first check the 
Transcontinental Music Publications online catalog at:
http://rj.org/uahc/transmp/ - or with Tara Music's online catalog at: 
http://www.jewishmusic.com - you'll find you won't have to ask questions 
like the above anymore and won't have to think about what is and is not 
published, what is and is not copyrighted, and what is and is not 
acceptable for distribution. These catalogs don't contain ALL available 
Jewish music in publication, but between the two they do contain one of 
the most complete Jewish music libraries in the world, so I'd look at 
those two places first and place orders with them - they both have online 
order forms!
